Production time: Merchari products are made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before your order ships. Group and organization store orders (for example, school or team stores) may be produced and shipped together as a batch; when that applies, the expected delivery window is noted on the store page.

 

Shipping times and rates: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days for Standard shipping and 5-8 business days for Economy shipping. Exact rates are shown at checkout, and Economy shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Shipping area: We currently ship within the United States. Local pickup is available on select orders where offered at checkout.

 

Issues with delivery: If your tracking shows your package as lost or significantly delayed, email orders@merchari.com with your order number and we will make it right.
